The firm is was founded by Lawrence P. Zale in 2003 in Wilkes-Barre, PA. Atty. Zale was in-house Counsel for General Electric Company at their main research facility in Niskayuna, NY. After serving GE for approximately nine (9) years, he handled all aspects of Intellectual Property for ten (10) businesses owned by Tyco Healthcare Group LP, now Covidien, in Mansfield, MA. The firm is located within a three hour drive of 65% of the nation’s population. Therefore, personal services may be provided to the clients at their location. |
