Abstract
A heat exchanger for transferring heat between a first gas flow, such as flue gases, and a second gas flow, such as air or oxygen, includes a housing having inlet and outlet plenums. Radial and axial seals define plenums where a third gas flow, such as recirculated flue gas, is provided to reduce leakage between the first and second gas flows.
